Pursuant to Decrees of Sale, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia, on the  5th  day of May, 2017, at Noon, at 1 Main Street, Madison, Virginia  22727, on the front steps of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of the County of Madison, Virginia, the following described properties for payment of delinquent taxes:

Ten Per Cent (10%) bidder’s cash deposit of the sales price will be required, with balance due 14 days from entry of Decree Confirming Sale.

Property to be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title, free and clear of all liens except 2017 real estate taxes, which will be prorated.  Sale subject to confirmation by the Circuit Court of Madison County.

Property is sold as is.  The Special Commissioner makes no representation as to the properties actual acreage, boundaries, access, suitability for development, or any other representation of any kind.
